Return or Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order cannot be cancelled once placed and processed. Only COD orders can be cancelled when we call or message you for verification.
If you need to change your address or contact info after placing the order, write to us at contact@niraahi.shop within 12 hours or before your order has been shipped (whichever is earlier). Once shipped, changes cannot be accommodated.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products purchased from Niraahi are eligible for return/replacement only if received in a condition that is physically damaged or different from the description.
To request a return/replacement:
- You must email us at contact@niraahi.shop within 48 hours of delivery along with your invoice number.
- Attach clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damage, leakage, missing/wrong product, or weight issue.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition (unless visibly damaged in transit).
Once we receive your details, our team will review and revert within 5 working days. Approved returns must be sent back for inspection. After quality check, we will process the replacement/refund within 48–72 hours and share new tracking details.
